Done note, selecting 'nvidia-kernel-dkms* instead of 'nvidia-kernel-525.85.12' Some packages could not be installed. When installing nvidia-driver (apt install nvidia-driver I was told to install nvidia-kernel-525.85.12 because nvidia-driver couldn’t be installed) I got this /# apt install - nvidia-kernel-525.85.12 reading package lists. I tried going into recovery mode (because I couldn‘t access my desktop), looking for an way to fix this issue. After that i tried closing everything and rebooting my pc my i didn‘t get to the login screen there was just the message: FAILED: Failed to start rvice. Then i got an error message that the driver update couldn‘t get installed (but i can‘t remember what it said, sorry). Hello (I am using Debian testing bookworm), im am relatively new to Linux thats why this question my be a very obvious one but I tried to update my nvidia driver to 525.85.12 using sudo apt upgrade. ![]()
